Performance was hired to complete the exterior painting of Nita Lake Lodge over two years, 2017 and 2018. In 2017, we completed the front and around the spa area back to the train bridge. In 2018 we will be completing the remaining sides, including the lake facing side.
Work includes refinishing select rough wood beams via stripping (most of them), and staining and painting all surfaces. With a busy hotel, daily communication and a lot of planning and organization are needed to minimize interruptions to the guests, the hotel's revenues, and to ensure the correct suites are blocked out for enough time for us to do the required work.
