This was our largest project to date and encompassed the complete repainting of 272 units and all corridors at the Four Seasons Hotel over 2 phases in 2019. Timelines were extremely challenging but we did what we always do, perform!
Nita Lake Lodge
Performance was hired to complete the exterior painting of Nita Lake Lodge over two years, 2017 and 2018. In 2017, we completed the front and around the spa area back to the train bridge. In 2018 we will be completing the remaining sides, including the lake facing side.
Work includes refinishing select rough wood beams via stripping (most of them), and staining and painting all surfaces. With a busy hotel, daily communication and a lot of planning and organization are needed to minimize interruptions to the guests, the hotel's revenues, and to ensure the correct suites are blocked out for enough time for us to do the required work.

Four Seasons Exterior
Performance Painting has been the exterior painting contractor for the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences buildings every year since 2006. Each year we focus on the areas that are in most need to keep the hotel protected and looking great. In 2021 we will be starting to repaint the somewhat overdue stucco on the hotel buildings.

Rainbow Plaza
Performance completed this new construction project in October 2016. The scope od work included interior painting of 65 units, two parkades including all exposed piping, and the exterior.
