When originally looking for a painting contractor, the main obstacle I had to overcome was finding a reputable company that would have the necessary capabilities for completing the exterior maintenance painting on our buildings. Specifically, I needed an experienced and reliable contractor that could get to the many high and difficult areas, with minimal impact to our guests.
Every year since 2006, Performance Painting has been able to fulfill this need with their staff that includes rope-access certified painters, completing the work as requested and in a timely fashion. I have been continually impressed with the constant training and development of their own people for this specific kind of high and low-angle rope-access work.
The crews at Performance have always been able to handle our other painting needs that could not be completed by our own staff. Most recently, they redid the vinyl wall coverings in our corridors, and are just starting the repair work on the wall coverings in the hotel rooms.
Since we started working with Performance Painting over 10 years ago, they have proved to be a very flexible group capable of adapting to the ever-changing work at our hotel. Their core staff has remained the same year after year, which has meant continued quality work and a reduction of administration time for us.
We are looking forward to working with Performance Painting again this year, and I would not hesitate to recommend them as they have always been a very reliable group.
